Engineered for a flawless spray

The FEA15 crimp neck is machined to ±0.1 mm so every anodised aluminium pump seats perfectly — no leaking, no wobble, a consistent 0.10 ml mist across the whole batch. Each bottle is annealed and stress-tested before decoration.

Before you send the PO

3,000 pcs per design for a decorated bottle, because one furnace colour change and one spray line set-up have to be amortised. If you are testing a market, we can supply 1,000 pcs undecorated from this stock mould, or 500 pcs with silk-screen only at a set-up surcharge.

A bottle mould for this size is USD 1,200–2,500 depending on complexity, refunded pro-rata once cumulative orders pass 30,000 pcs. The mould stays exclusively yours and is stored free of charge in our workshop for three years.

Yes. Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) plus the Pantone coated reference. We produce a colour-matching sample for approval before mass production; standard tolerance is ΔE ≤ 1.5 against the approved chip.

30% T/T deposit with the order, 70% balance against the copy of the B/L. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP; for DDP to the US, EU, UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia we handle customs clearance and door delivery through our own forwarder.

We sign an NDA before receiving your artwork and, for customer-funded moulds, contractually undertake not to sell the shape to any other buyer. Exclusivity by region or worldwide can be written into the supply agreement.

Yes — that is the point of working with us. We assemble the collar and crimp sprayer onto the bottle, fit the cap, and pack into the finished gift box so you receive one SKU, one invoice and one shipment instead of coordinating four suppliers.

Stock samples of this bottle are free of charge — you only cover the courier cost, or provide your DHL / FedEx collect account. A decorated custom sample takes 3–5 days after drawing approval and carries a small sample fee, which is credited back in full against your first order.
